The name Rêve Bleu is a tribute to the unique character of Francis Abecassis' estate, located in the heart of the finest terroir of the Cognac region, where the Abecassis family produces the most delicate and aromatic cognacs.
The roof of the family château, built at the end of the 19th century, and the old cellars of the estate are covered with blue slate — a unique architectural feature in the Charente region, where red tiles are more commonly used.
